The Delivery periods quoted by our representatives at the time of ordering shall be the approximate time, but due to unavoidable reasons may vary.
Once the order is placed, we shall send a confirmation message, which shall include delivery details, such as the approximate delivery time, delivery address and confirm the price of the food ordered and delivery charges.
The total price for Food Delivery, Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges and other charges, shall also be displayed on the Website when you place your order.
Goods will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Instant Rasoi delivers all its orders via reputable courier service provider.
We shall make every effort to deliver within the time stated, however, if the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted by us, kindly contact us by telephone or email and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as swiftly as possible.
In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded.
If you fail to accept delivery of Food item at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such food order shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such food item shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other costs which we incur as a result of the inability to deliver shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify us in full for such cost.

- to deliver the food item to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order;
- to deliver within the estimated time;
- to inform you if we expect not to meet the estimated delivery time.
Please note that due to reasons of force majeure we might not be able to deliver or ship the ordered food items. Hence, the order would stand cancelled, and payment would be refunded to the customer within 14 days.
