REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

These terms are effective to all existing and future Instant Rasoi users.

Cancellation Policy :

You must notifyus immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. If our representatives accept your cancellation, no cancellation fee shall apply. However, if our representative refuses cancellation due to preparation of Food item/s hasbeen completed and/or delivery personnel has already been remitted, the order placed shall not be cancelled.
If the cancellation of order is made in time and once our representatives accept your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable.
Payment must be made either at the time of ordering the Food item, from us by credit or debit card or at the time of delivery by cash. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your order.
We shall be eligible to cancel an order due to force majeure, which includes riots, floods, any natural calamity or any reason which is beyond our control.

Refund Policy :

In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded.
Instant Rasoi shall not refund any order, which has been already dispatched.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner as they were received. Refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies within 14 days of cancellation of order.
